North West, North Central and South West have benefitted most in this country when it comes to political power.

South East, North East and South South be allowed to prove their mantle in 2023.

Padded list.

Tafawa Balewa was never a HoS but a Prime Minister, so edit your list.

Modified: I mean the OP can't put the names of Zik and Tafawa there at the same time, he should put the name of the person with executive power and stop the attempt to add more Igbo names to the list.

Are you sure about that !!!? You lost me at "Carrie's". The region with the lowest educational level and you freaking have the nerve to post a comment like that.

Prime Minister or Head of State, just nomenclature and no difference. They both have executive powers.

why is fairness such a difficult thing

those days as kids when we go and pluck mangoes

we put all the mangoes down and we choose one after the other until it goes round if it remains it goes round again.

once u deviated from such formula u start fighting even amongst children of the same parents.

That's remind me of the old good days

Going by this post.....I have this submissions:

1. North generally should not be lobbying for 2023 elections.

2. Anyone from Northwest trying to contest 2023 elections is just greedy and insensitive.

3. Southern part of Nigeria have a good case...power should rotate to the South.

4. Make we no lie...South East have been truly marginalized

Nah, they don't, only one has the executive power, the other is just ceremonial.

It's just an attempt to add more Igbo names to the list.

You want to bring in the census debate ?.
The two major Rivers Niger & Benue in west Africa entered Nigeria through the North.

The Lake chad as one of the greatest lakes in Africa is still in the North.

Mind you the trans sahara trade routes is from the North & it's connected by the silk road up to china.
All these facts & trades were cooking & happening thousands of years before the transatlantic christian slaves routes. Lagos is a clear example that your assertion of majority of the people live by the sea, for only with the coming of the colonial masters that the Eko entered the world map.

Nobody marginalised anyone. Prior to 1999 anybody could take power. Power was taken not given, nobody told our generals not to be bold enough to risk their lives to seize power. Since we started choosing president through votes, how many years have Northerners ruled compared to the South?

Zik. The iberibed man that fought for power and then gave it away to the northerners who did nothing for it.
That’s why they celebrate him for his legendary iberiberism..

Read my response to the other guy, it was an attempt to add more Igbo names to the list.

Both Zik and tafawa served the same time, only one with the power should be there.

You get my point now?
