Please help.

I am completing application for my child of 5 years , I am confused at the point of declaration. I am the main applicant. How do I answer these questions

1. In what capacity are you representing the applicant?
Options are agent, family member and others.

2. I picked family and is asking if I am related to the main applicant.

3. A form for third party declaration pops up. Should I fill this?

4. Next question bus consent for home office to request verification checks for joint accounts or third party support : Are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances?

Please help!

Hello, everyone! In making a deposit for my POF for a UK student visa, is there any recommended narration/transaction description, maybe indicating the fund source? Does the UK embassy strictly ask how the fund got into my account?

Thegamingorca:

You are self employed sef. I hope you have a savings account separate from your business account? If the income is not uniform/constant, make it uniform.

Deposit monthly take home from work from your company bank account with your company name in the bank details.

Make the funds 270k monthly and spend 30 to 35k max. By spend I mean consciously spill it over to the next 270k monthly you need to pay for the next month after their withdrawal. Why I say 270k is cos when you eventually apply for a visit you should be seen not spending more than 3 times your disposable income.

Ensure the payment is made on the same day of every month from your bank account with company name.

A weekend getaway to the UK can fly for 700pounds max and that 240k DI will be right on the mark when you apply if oanda rates don't misbehave anytime soon.
Thanks very much for your response. What if I don't withdraw from my savings? Most times I run my expenses with the cash I make at hand on daily basis. Is it compulsory I must withdraw from my savings monthly?
Also is it ok to accept one has a family member in the UK? Will they not think I want to stay back in the UK?

You have to withdraw/transfer from your savings, as every human being is expected to spend on eating, rent, bills et cetera. If you don't have expenses in the account the ECO will think your financial situation is not as you say it is. Make it 5k here, 10k there randomly but always make sure at the end of every month it doesn't exceed the target.

You can withdraw the 5k twice weekly from ATM and deposit the cash in another bank account you are gathering your next 270k with. Do not transfer from your bank account to another account with your name for the sake of withdrawal. Better withdraw cash from ATM, gather it and deposit in the business bank account. Rinse and repeat each month.

The plan you should have at the back of your mind is to reduce anything that can tie you to the UK to the bearest minimum and increasing things that tie you to Nigeria in the eyes of the ECO. Stating you have a relative might not be bad but it's better left out as that will warrant more explanations for visit which will still be subject to scrutiny by the ECO especially when you are invited by the relative. Worst case scenario will be if the relative is a citizen.

It still didn’t ask me to pay even if it’s a premium appointment. I guess it’s because payment is onsite.

Hi, I have been able to book an appointment and I guess it’s because I was persistent on the booking page. I would say fill a form on the help page so at least they have you on their system and they might be able to resolve your issue. Tell them the specific date you want to book as well.
