I bought sim since last week Wednesday and yet I can't use it.

I went to Airtel office, they said the problem is from nimc, that they are upgrading their system.

How many days will it take them to upgrade their system? Are the moving the files with their hands?

They've been having technical issues for some days now

Since last week Tuesday. It's very worrysome. This is the worst time to lose your SIM cus you can't even retrieve.

honestly is so worrisome, my main sim suddenly stopped working, I went to Airtel office, they said I will do welcome back but they can't do it now because of nimc..I don tire for this country
