Rape!!!!!! Death sentence to all rapist.
Questions has to be asked on this issue
1. How did it happen?
2. Was their any exchange of gift before one party failed on his or her promises.
3. At what time did it take place?
Infact alot of questions needs to be asked to avoid future occurrences. It will only be when we get answers to some questions that everyone can go home and advice his or her wards on rape related issues.
Let me brief a story.
When my younger sister got admission in d University years back. When my parents gave her their advice.
I called her in d presence of everybody,
1. I told her that since she would be schooling outside our state, she should be very very careful.
2. Never accept gift from random guys bcs one day u would surely pay for it through sex.
3. Always know d kind of female friends u keep, bcs if u keep Ashawo as friends, automatically u hv turned to as an Ashawo.
4. Always live according to your background, do not attract bad energies around u. Infact I don't forget some wey u tell am. Thanks to Jah that u graduated with a good grade without her people coming to d school to settle any wahala

Can a successful surgery be done on the girl who was violently raped in any legit or accredited hospital in order to take care of the partial (or full) uterine prolapse... i.e.,
assuming she hadn't lost too much blood?

I wish the girl quick recovery. Crystal hospital is a specialist hospital and she will be taken care of. Finally dont generalize a gender, its not good. There are still good men.
