What about Anambra sea port

Anambra has no access to the sea and as such can NEVER have a SEA port.
Name the sea that is in Anambra?

Lekki deep sea port
Dangote Refinery lekki.

What manner of town planners do we have in lagos?

10 years from now lekki, Banana Island and co will all be like a modern Ajegunle.

The heat from the refinery alone, not to talk of the envisaged traffic mess, living in Eko Atlantic won't be fun either with all these industries
.
No bruh; this are two different lekki (almost 500km apart) although u won't know this if u are not conversant with the island; hence your theory up there is on the contrary

Yes ooo. Okoros troop in with cartons of gala and within two years they buy up your fathers house, demolish it and turn you into tenant in the same house whilst you join NURTW and become a full time skull mining tout.

God bless okoros and their cartons of gala

Lekki deep seaport project is a private project funded by Chinese Bank and to be manage by Chinese companies

Eko Atlantic has nothing to do with lekki Sea port and refinery. They are at different locations entirely. Sea port and Refinery are at ibeju lekki around FTZ area, while Atlantic city is at Victoria Island, around Kuramo / Bar Beach area.

The only issue with Ibeju might be environmental pollution from the refinery, which we hope the LASG / FG won't compromise and set proper regulations with effective monitoring. Other than that, ibeju lekki is a fantastic area with massive beach line across the city. It's a shoreline to the Atlantic Ocean. They can't feel any heat. The breeze from the ocean alone keeps that place ventilated and cool.

I will advise anyone that has the money, buy plenty land at Ibeju Lekki axis now, that place is going to be explosive for real estate value, like 10000% appreciation in a few short years. It's going to be the new goldmine in Lagos. They are building another Int'l airport there too.
.

And you think as the world is going more green, you think expatriates, tourist and sensible Nigerians would want to live near a airport refinery and seaport?
Lekki is turning to an industrial town that won't be suitable for residential purpose and this will take its toll on Ekpo Atlantic city

They can only have a river port maybe in Anambra, Kogi, Benue, Niger etc.

Buh to dredge it
It'll affect the flow of water etc.

If Niger county should dredge there's, it'll affect the flow of water to Nigeria, and might even affect the power generation in niger state.

Nigeria don't want to diversify so that other regions will help put over reliance on Lagos. Nigeria leaders are useless Calabar seaport not working, PORTHARCOURT not working to capacity so that the crowd in Lagos will be thoroughly decongested

Lekki is different from Ibeju-Lekki. It's like you don't know Lagos. You must be living outside Lagos. Go to FTZ area, the local population there has exploded massively. Go around 6pm on a working days and you might mistake the area for Oshodi or Idumota in terms of crowd movement. Sensible people are already living there and more will still join. And FYI, expatriates are already living in those places. Dangote Refinery staff quarters is at Abijo GRA. Chevron is already building their own there. There is also Eleko Beach, a very cool spot for foreigners, you will see them there and other private beaches around that axis. I was in FTZ a couple times last month, expatriates are working in all those places, many of them own huge investments there.

That's the difference between federal govt spoonfed overhaul places and selfhelp single handedly developed eastern society. The okoros are advancing without been strictly dependent to Nigeria. The only part of Nigeria with true local content

There's no way South East can be developed like other regions.

You will recall that during the era of regional government in the 1960s, South East was the most backward in Economy. It was the reason Ezeogwu planned the Ibo coup of Jan1966, to execute the leaders from other region.

Ibos should also.embrace people from other tribes to live among them, otherwise that place will remain backward till the second coming of Christ. How come it's only Ibos that live in Iboland? Too bad!
