Technically, nobody has the right to take back a gift if not offered except there are paperworks with terms that permit that. If you forcefully collect an item you gave to someone as a gift, you're robbing the person probably just cause you're stronger. Otherwise, an item you gave to someone as a gift is no longer yours.
