set a timetable for the days you masturbate. If u masturbate 7 times a week, reduce it to 3. Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. It's easier this way to control it cos masturbation is the most addictive activity, even more than cigarettes.
Masturbation based on your will power gives you the comfort and belief in yourself, because the reason you feel guilty is you feel you've been raped by porn cos it's against your will.
