You have to replace the urge to masturbate with another thing . That's only when you can overcome it , first go and search the side effects of masturbating , they're slot of review on quora , after that buy a car Camry or corrola go abd start bolt or Uber . Make sure you exhaust your self driving each day atleast for 7 hours or more , the exhaustion won't and the bad things you've read about your masturbation will help you focus. And you can even make money in the process instead of just feeling like you're wasting your time , or replace the addiction with loud or something strong that will Bleep your head and won't make you think about that shit . Ny opinion wink

My advice:
Take any of the Holy Books (Quran or Bible) depending on your religion. Then, have covenant with God by swearing that you are not going to masturbate for 3 days. That if you do, God should never help you in any aspect of you life. This is to scare you any time you want to masturbate. And also tell God that if you complete 3 days without masturbation let all you lost Glories comes back to you in folds. If you are able to go off it after that 3 days, repeat same thing again probably for 5 days and say the same thing. Gradually, it would start fading away. Because that only thing that can get rid of the excesses

Hello dear, please read the below
If you're born again, try this very simple thing.

Firstly, the Bible says without faith, it is impossible to please God. When Christians are sick, they have faith and quote the scripture "by His stripe I am healed". When Christians are in need of financial need, they have faith and quote "my God shall supply all my needs..." or "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want...". But when they sin or are struggling with sin, they don't know how to use faith (not their faith but Christ's faith - believing that God is good and wants you made whole).

So Op, whenever you find yourself struggling with this sin or any other sin, confess out loud "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus". Jesus Christ, who knew no sin became sin for you that you might be righteous in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21)...Even Romans 3:22 says the righteousness of God is by faith in Jesus Christ.

So again, confess that statement out loud every time you find yourself sinning. Right in the midst of your struggles, confess it. While watching porn, confess it! While masturbating, confess it! The devil doesn't want you to believe Jesus has made you righteous. He may whisper in your ear and say you're a hypocrite...that how can you be sinning and still call yourself righteous. Well how can a sick Christian still believe by faith that he/she is healed? Cos you have to go by the Word of God and not by your circumstance. For sin shall not have dominion over you, cos you're not under law but under grace (Romans 6:14).

You may not overcome this struggle immediately but gradually, they're falling off you. One day, you'll just realize that urge isn't there anymore. Cos faith is calling those things that are not as though they are. Confess you're righteous in Christ and see miracles happen in your life. And this confession goes for your every inheritance in Christ Jesus! Since you're righteous in Him, every blessings that belong to the righteous are yours!

Write all your dreams/goals/aspirations etc on a piece of paper. Write all you don't aspire to become (things you do not wish for your life) on another piece of paper.

Keep both of them safe.

Everytime you think about masturbating, pick both up and look at them. And think about all you don't want for your life.

Choosing masturbation is like choosing what you don't want for your life.

Masturbation slowly destroys you hence making you all you don't want to be. Your time, energy, healthy relationships, productivity, brain matter slowly depreciates with each second you engage in that act.

I believe the Only way to quit masturbation is to get married. But You're very young that's why I recommend a psychologist. (Any federal hospital close to you have a psychologist)

Ask yourself, do you enjoy it? If yes, continue to have fun. If yes but want to quit, it's very difficult, but possible. Firstly, you must have to grow in your religious level to take a decision.
