That was not in any way rape. It was certainly not her 3rd time of doing it. Even some adults can't ride dick the way she did. Cowgirl and reverse for a 10 year old? To even do it stark naked with other boys in the same room is even more disturbing.

Those children need help ASAP. They are damaged already.

The school needs serious sanctions for not meeting up with the duty of acting in loco parentis by ensuring adult presence at all times. They also erred by trying to cover up the matter.

2. The girl was raped: very unlikely. Even though I've not watched the video due to suspicion of it being pornographic (from comments I've read so far online), the reactions by commentators who have watched the video suggest that there was no rape.
3. The girl was given a substance (most likely a hard drug) to take before the act: it's possible. Although it can still be deduced that if she was given any drug before the act, then she must have been taking that drug (or any other drug of similar effect) not to have been overwhelmed by the effect of the drug. There was no mention of any inconsistency on the part of the kids by those who watched the video.
4. The girl was lured into the boys' room to collect her phone charger, then raped: Someone who watched the video confirmed to me that there were other female children in the room during the act as contained in the video (anyone who has watched the video can verify this please). If that is true, then the room in which the unfortunate act occurred wasn't a boys' room.

How can boys and girls of that age be left together in a hotel on their own?
There should have been an adult with them 24/7.
Just like in the school hostels, and classrooms, children (especially boys and girls) must never be left alone in a closed space without the supervision of an adult.
The school failed woefully in that regard and now they'll pay heavily for that.

In this age where destructive digital content are flying all around the internet like wildfire, how on earth are 10 - 13-year-old children allowed smartphones of their own?
Parents have failed in their responsibility of good parenting in the name of loving their children and making them comfortable. From the comments I've read online about this issue, it sounds like the little girl acted like someone who knew what she was doing.
The question is: how and where did she learn to do those things? The answer is: most likely from her phone after which she started experimenting.
The way forward:
1. Both the parents of the children and the school ownership should accept their share of the blame for the unfortunate incident.
2. Adequate measures should be put in place to reduce this kind of incident.
3. Parents should not let their children use smartphones unsupervised until they turn 18.
4. Parents should partner more resolutely with their children's schools to ensure that preventive and corrective measures are effectively applied. Some parents fight schools when they are informed of possible wayward tendencies of their children and even threaten withdrawal. That attitude should stop.
5. Supervisors of school children (especially those in boarding schools) should brace up and become more committed because this will most likely lead to a spike in the "tendency to experiment" by school children under their care.

My first advice to people is not to watch the video. That is child pornography in most civilised climes. I expect Nairaland to take action to delete every single link and trace of the video. If you have the video on your phone, in your inbox or any device - delete it. That is child pornography. You can get into trouble for having viewed it willingly and you will get into trouble for sharing it. Nairaland should put up a warning. This is child pornography. This site should not be a source for it.

Second advice: people should try to be sympathetic and empathetic when discussing this case.

Third advice: All the involved parties will need to sit down to discuss. Those boys have just had sex with a minor and not in Nigeria - in the UAE. I don't know what laws apply in that nation and also what laws apply in Nigeria.

Fourth advice: The die is cast. The little girl may have done the action of an adult but she has no clue the seriousness of what she has done. I repeat no clue. This applies to the boys as well. Parents need to become firmer on this crap. Sexual talks at that age is not new. Parents draw lines and establish boundaries.

I just saw it now because I needed to do that to know how to give my opinion on the topic, I even saw other kids lying beside them as they performed their act, those ones were just smiling or marveled at their action.

From the video, I think their act is as a result of bad upbringing, it doesn't look like a rape or forced act because the girl was on top and smiling i.e keeping a friendly face towards the boy(the kid under) lying on the bed.
Even if someone is raped at gunpoint and asked not to keep a sad face, you will still see that sign observable expression but that was not the case in their action.
These are just two spoilt and unsupervised kids.

From the video, one can see the girl is more spoilt/exposed than the boy sexually.
If you observe well, you will see the boy is a somehow shy or let me say an amateur from his acts, the way he's skeptical in handling the girl's b**bs, the way he held her a** and quickly removed his hands and all that but the girl showed sign of someone that has done that before or has watched related videos and is desperate to practise it.
