A politician that can't even win his local government is a useless politician.

Apc do not owe Amaechi a single thing. And nobody send Amaechi not to play his politics right in Rivers state afterall, not that he was ignored after loosing out in his state.

Except if Amechi has 2 heads than others

Amaechi was APC's biggest financial donor during the 2015 elections. Even Buhari alluded to that fact in one of his interviews in his first term.

I know say to you APC owes Tinubu but doesn't owe Amaechi. Lol... hypocrisy is a big issue for most of you Nigerian commentators in the political space.

Very funny analysis. Amechi and other PDP governor joined APC because of their problem with Jonathan government then not because they want Buhari as president. Assuming GEJ was in the same page with them, they wouldn't have decamped. Amechi is part of people financed Buhari campaign, what of Tiunbu that financed the party and also Buhari campaign.

Please go and research more. Amaechi was a bigger financier to APC than even Tinubu. He was the largest donor. Dude almost emptied /iviers state money for that 2015 election. He was also campaign director for Buhari in both 2015 and 2019.

These are verifiable facts. Tinubu spearheaded the merger with Ogbonnaya Onu of ANPP, and Buhari from CPC. Amaechi joined and brought heavy dollars along with Tinubu. The figures are there.

Bullshit! Who was funding the party before he joined?
Tinubu was the DG for 2019 elections if you forgot. How on earth can you compare the person who started the merger talks, funded the Party at inception and delivered his entire region to a man who could not deliver his Local Govt? You are either deluded or sleep typing!

did these past leaders truly represent the majority voice and opinion of their people or were in power just to satisfy their political and financial needs. The majority of Igbos for example have being agitating for their political freedom from one nigeria, did their leaders rise up to such task like a better leader and representative would do or they kept selling their people freedom for a sit in Abuja and a chance to loot their treasury dry. The southern states too want to control their resources yet politicians have refused to raise such issue but are selling them out for greedy power in Abuja. What is the one common thing that unite nigeria? absolutely nothing, not united by ethnicity, common culture or religion yet the leaders have refused to call for a referendum to foster a better future their people.
It doesn't matter if they represented the majority or the minority, at least they had the chance to make some crucial decisions and they agreed to form an independent Nigeria together, as for resources control, that was not the issue at hand
