All these ointments and herbs shii never work. If it does, the hands you use to rub it on your body should as well become smaller.

If you can find a good Samaritan that can sponsor the surgery, good. If not, Omo, you gats accept your body for what it is o.

Check herb experts in your area. There are some ointments sold to gradually reduce breast size. It's not drastic and the difference won't be so obvious but it works.

A close relative to me who was quite busty started having issues when she got pregnant. The boobs got bigger, heavier and breastfeeding became difficult. She had to use the ointment to get some relief.

I don't know your location so can't point you in the direction of a good one.

On the flip side, embrace your body. You can even gain large followership on Instagram by modelling for busty women brands especially since you mentioned you have a nice figure. You can gain some cash from there to go for a partial mastectomy.

You're probably a 36JJ. Young lady, stop being overly dramatic. Invest in a good bra and all these complaints will be reduce. A solid bra that will pack your breasts well costs between 19k to 22k.

Wear outfits that will not reveal or emphasize your breasts, notably tight fitting tops and this show breast top you're wearing. People are going under the knife for life threatening situations but you're here complaining about what you have no control over. You want to dress like girls with smaller sized breasts but the reality is YOU CAN'T because your body is different. Wear body appropriate clothes so that you don't appear slutty.

Plus I have a nice figure and wearing baggy outfits will hide that.

I have seen people selling body shapers that include the breast area,but that will not be comfortable all the time. So I suggest you embrace your looks, and wear a good bra with extra support. if you still feel the same later in future and you and your husband has enough you can have them reduced through cosmetic surgery.

I understand what you are going through because I was once there.
I stand at height of 5"11. I could not do anything useful with my height due to big breast.
The worst is that I had constant chest pain because it was quite heavy. My bra gave me a lot dark mark because i made it so tight to hide it from the public.
The worst of it was I was very thin like broom with heavy watermelons.
I tried reduction, non worked.
I got married and gave birth to my first child. The baby could not finish the milk, and it formed abses, requiring surgery.
I was booked for surgery. I woke up, I did not see the breast again. Now, they are normal.

I feel your pain dear, but you need to be proud of yourself. You have height. Carry yourself with ego. Most men like it.

Surgery is the best option, besides big breast is genetically transferred. Also your dieting, likely u take pap and custard alot at a younger age. Well for now, enjoy the attention, have a better view of ur self. Don't cut off that growth if it's not cancerous. Leave it and enjoy the attention with time, you blend.

Also gyming, heavy weight lifting can cause u loose those fat tissues.

if you can go with a natural therapy ( herbs , I can be of help but it will cost you some money and you’ll be the one to do it by yourself .the fat in the layer will reduce and it will affect your weight a bit
