airsaylongcome:To be honest, Calabar, geographically speaking is actually in the Southeastern part of Nigeria. Anambra and Imo states are considered east central. Geography wise, there’s no such thing as ‘South-south’ it’s just a geo-political zone |

Kyase: No, because APC is a conspiratorial political party aimed by braindead persons to deprive infrastructural development in the southeast. But once any part of a country is deprived of infrastructure, it badly affects the rest of the country. |

duro4chang:. A referendum (plural: referendums or less commonly referenda) is a direct vote by the electorate on a proposal, law, or political issue. This is in contrast to an issue being voted on by a representative. This may result in the adoption of a new policy or specific law, or the referendum may be only advisory. In some countries, it is synonymous with or commonly known by other names including plebiscite, votation, popular consultation, ballot question, ballot measure, or proposition.
