While I feel concerned about IBO presidency as I have outlined the best approach for IBOs presidency several months ago to include national dialogue of elders in Nigeria to plead with Atiku and Tinubu to sacrifice their ambitions for IBOs, I cannot fail to recognize that such gesture will not be appreciated by IBOs.

The attack against Tinubu is because he won the APC Primary.

The attack against Owo Church is because of APC primary election. It is a direct attack on Akeredolu an Owo Indigene who is the Chairman of Southern States Governors forum. As I said earlier, the modus operandi of the attack needs to be carefully analyzed. The most suspected group might not be responsible for the attack.

South West needs to be careful, very careful of unknown gunmen.

I am yet to see Afenifere or Northern Elders Forum or Arewa Consultative Forum picking up an IBO prominent politician for assault, blackmailing and vendetta. Even when Ojukwu was attacking Obasanjo government and Obasanjo warned him that 'there is a limit to rascality' that he will no longer tolerate him.
