The government of the world will be on his shoulder is not in your own bible abi

1. Jesus did not command what you think he commanded. It is a figment of your imagination.

2. For your information, there was no democracy during the time of Jesus. And that politics is not Jesus' purpose of coming to Earth does not mean he commanded us not to be involved with politics. Prophets are not politicians but mouthpiece of God. Jesus is God himself so he needs no political power.
1. So when Jesus Christ said that instead of ruling as the Gentiles do, you should do as He did - Matthew 20 vs 24 - 28 - He didn't mean that at all? undecided

2. There was no democracy during the time of Jesus Christ means everything Jesus Christ said then is rendered null and void, even though the dsms Jesus Christ declared that Heaven and Earth will pass away but every Word of God's Law will remain the same for eternity, right? undecided

Even the bolded portion you did does not contradict the scriptures. The fact that some or many Christians compromise or blend with the world does not mean all other or every Christian will do the same. Neither does it mean JESUS said Christians must not be involved in governance. In every other areas of life such as accounting, engineering, business etc, some christians still compromise. But does that mean they should stopped being accountants, engineers, businesmen etc? The answer is a capital NO. Remember even Prophet Elijah said he was the only person remaining for Him but GOD said he still have several righteous men standing for Him.

Well i believe those first century Christians understood Jesus better that's why they never had anything to do with politics.
All other fields they venture into with the exception of POLITICS! smiley

It is people like you that make muslims think Christians are not relevant. You are a minus to Christendom. I don't know why you people always quote the bible out of its connotation and denotation, given it your own interpretation.

I regret being in a country where christians are docile and passive to the advantage of jihadists. You are not doing yourself any good by surrendering your right to fundamentalists. It is a pity.

Why not ; life was more terrible in Babylon when Daniel was a politician.. and he did that successfully . Princes gathered against him but they died for him at the end.. Any Christian going to politics must be audacious and bold and God will back him up

There wouldn't have been anything called ISLAM if not for the Catholics that terrorized the world of that time claiming they're fighting religious wars.
Christianity is meant to be submissive to any form of worship after all everything Jesus taught us is a way of life that we can live in any country no matter the religion they practice.

Go and check your Bible if any pagan nation attacked the Christians, it was the Jews who claimed they believe in the same books Christ's followers were preaching that were calling for their heads. So had it not been for the Jews Christianity would have easily gone round the world without having anything to do with politics or wars against any other religion! smiley
Catholic did not create Islam. Islam had been existing before Catholicism, it is one of the ancient idols worshipping in Arabia. It was when Mohammed grew that he chose only islam (his family traditional religion), destroy other gods/shrines and killed worshipers of other gods. Historically, MuhamMad or Muhammed, is from the tribe of Ishmael.

God has prophesied that Ishmael and his generations would be terr-orists to his brothers (offerings of Isaac and others)

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

Proverb 29:2

The slaves keep ruling and your expect the country to be in peace, not possible.

When the foundation is faulty what will the righteous do?

The Arabians and Israelites never shared the same line of thought regarding worship. Arabians worshiped various deities unlike the Israelites who had the law in which it's written that there's only one God {Deuteronomy 6:4} all the ideas of only one God and affluence the Roman Catholic Church Pope had is what Muhammad desires.
That's why he followed everything the Roman Catholic teaches with the exception of Jesus being God's only begotten Son and the trinity, apart from these two everything else is tailored after the teachings of the Catholic Church! smiley

All what you wrote here are true but that negate participation in politics. It does not stop a minister of the gospel from participating in politics except you don't have interest in politics. Matthew 20:24-28

24 When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers. 25 Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. 26 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

How does the above scriptures condemn politics? There is no word or statement here that relate to politics. This scripture is all about service in the kingdom of God.

Politics (and other things of this world) are not my masters. They can only be my masters if they are in control. Politics is not my master because it is not controlling me. I am the one controlling politics. I am a politician, a theologian and a mathematician and I can proudly tell you that I am the one controlling politics. Politics is not bad as you people think. If you are not bad, politics cannot make you bad. I can't steal if it is not in me. Same as fornication, etc. Who you are before joining politics matters.

Did they participate in politics?
No they didn't.

Jesus said "my kingdom is not of this world".
That Jesus didn't participate in politics doesn't mean politics is bad or sinful. In Jesus'days, there was no democracy but Roman government. Can you say because Jesus did not have children, therefore it is a sin to born children?
