2. Does npower know the handwriting of the official of the PPA you were posted to or the handwriting of the focal person??

You mean you were deployed even though you didn't do physical verification?? Congrats bro. Just print out the letter, sign and upload it back to the portal. No stress urself going to Niger oo. You will surely get paid when payment commences
