Tinubu is from the South West. Obi is an IBO man. We have different cultural and religious background and orientations. Moreover, it is an insult comparing Obi to Tinubu. It is an insult.

In South West, we don't recognise religion as a criterion for good governance. Because IBOs are predominantly Christians and Yorubas have Christian Muslim population does not give the IBOs the singular choice of Muslim as political partner. The IBOs must recognise the religious and political background of the Yorubas and that of the core North when confronted with an intimidated situation as we currently have.
