Drug is not bad when you apply discipline.. I take TM but I rarely go beyond 100 to 200 max... I do smoke but never done all this toxic smoke out there except weed, AZ, and sk.. I never tasted colos till today.. It takes discipline bruh

I didnt know drugs has become a epidemic in Nigeria. The beginning of Perish Africa. They do drugs in US, Canada etc, but you know what, they have good health care system, and care services. I work with low income people, and the most useless and with worst health comes from families of drug users. By the time you all start hvng problems, Nigeria health system wnt b able to take care of you even if you have the money

Please which physical therapy can you recommend or strength exercise.

I went for scan in 2020 and discovered the muscles around the shoulder tore that why I it dislocate easily and I feel pain anytime I stress it......surgery was suggested but I back down.

Hope ur shoulder muscles are now OK?
