Of course I can tell my friends if they're ugly. I have ugly friends and have no problem saying "you're one black ugly mofo" and then after we joke about it. I also have no problem telling my friends if the chick they're talkin to is ugly. I'll say "damn bro, that B* is fugly" and then we'll laugh at it. But the point is I'm being real. I would expect the same in return.
