The problem with Buhari is that he doesn't even know how the money is been spent, he spends the money wrongly out of ignorant, people do things and put it on his head.

For Peter Obi, He will spend on areas to be spent on, things that matter, he won't be spending billions on aso rock clinic if not important, budget won't be padded, the exact amount been appropriated will be what would be spent, no largesses.
