The resultant effects of this come 2023 election would hit APC like a tsunami.

They are still proud that they will win next election.

How does it concern mr governor? Those claiming that all the generational curses on their lives were brought by okada people, will soon realise that they were cursed already before bikes went commercial

In a Lagos that has no good roads. Sanwolu, a specialist in putting the cart before the horse. Depriving ordinary people means of meandering through Lagos multiple bad roads the government cannot do , with the aid of okada is now sanwolu’s priority and senseless people at the receiving end still support him. Aimless hypocrites everywhere

Then, more people should invest in Keke and korope buses in those axes. I am fairly certain that as the demand gap persists, entrepreneur s would fill the vacuum. They just need to be sure that the LASG would not reverse the ban on Bikes in those axes.
Nigerians love business.

Those private individuals who can invest in those businesses have already done so. But there is still a big percentage of commuters left out. This is where the government comes in. BRT buses are the only solution for main roads. They can move a lot more people at a time.

This should be sufficient until more train routes are built. There’s no way we can avoid considering underground trains in the future. The population in Lagos is growing very fast

I see hardship biting harder, I see Peter Obi winning Lagos next year because Lagosians are tried of suffering.

This I have seen.

To your Igbo people. Come and win Lagos for APGA. Mad person from AfganEASTERN.
If you know why Okada is banned in Lagos, you will not sleep at night. Because they can afford 200mb, they will be spooling thrash.

I don't think it that way though, they may decide to hike the numbers by thousands or millions; ghost numbers. So even if the retarded people are few, you will think they are much. If we will go by transparency, APC should not get more than 200 votes.. (majorly from their family members and fellow deranged people)

Lagos State government should consider people residing within its domain by fixing interstreet roads, and roll out enough shuttle busses to ply those routes. This will go a long way to mitigate the suffering of majority due to this near blanket ban of Okada on Lagos roads. Security wise it's a noble idea, but creating one avoidable problem while trying to solve another isn't a noble perception.

Walk walk walk
In our glorified saner climes people walk 10-15mins to get to their bustop.
When they go to downtown/city center they walk unendlessly.
In megacities people walk alot.
You will be suprised that where it cost to take 100-200 bikes is conveniently trekable, we are just used to door to door transportation.

One day i walked from ltv8 agidingbi to omole estate without breaking sweat, i was so shocked as i had never thought it was that close
Was in Switzerland last year and I was amazed how people walk to 10-15mins to catch the bus...some go even dy run self...for my mind I just dy laugh say dem dy suffer..

To all who work with Lagos State government

Please find a solution to the transport problem of those people.

They are so much at Cele bustop in the evening..the few buses and Keke are calling outrageous amount and no bikes to help.

You use to bring BRT buses to help before..bring it back and end the suffering of these people...please ooooo

Exactly! If government can position like five BRT buses there, people's suffering will be alleviated. the stress people go through on a daily basis is unwarranted. you will have to wait for hours to get bus and at an exorbitant amount. LASG need to be do something urgently.

I had to walk from cele bustop to jakande yesterday because of this.the few buses around were calling 500naira to ikotun.something that used to be 200naira.keke were calling N500 to jakande.it used to be N100 or N150 at most.A serious government will make provisions before making and executing such law or better still monitor situations after executing. But sanwo olu is just sick in the head.I hope and pray he doesn't win the next gubernatorial election

The fact that u do a stress free work doesn't mean others do easy jobs, some ppl do hard works in factories, after such exhausting jobs, it's not sensible to be doing "never thought it's so close" trek, make person no go faint..

Its not a must you live in Lagos, no developed city in the world make use of Okada as means of Public Transportation

Heartless wicked citizens, the families of the slayed victims or masses at the hospitals as a result of menace constituted by these idiots is enough. Enough is Enough.

U can't ban bikes and not make alternate means of transportation for ppl

How can they hike price from 150 to 500, how much person dey earn?

People hardly see jobs that pay 30k, u now spend 15k on only transportation, what's the essence na

It was a pitiable sight to behold when I passed through Cele, day before yesterday. You see women with their children, standing till late nights, waiting for Keke that they could not struggle with able bodied men to enter.

The LASG policy on Okada is good. I could see the decency on the road these days. But people are suffering big time
