The first is empowering and legalizing agbero and touts in lagos.
The second was embezzling lagos even till date. I
The third was raising men like fashola and ambode who really performed good jobs to some extent in lagos.

Building millennium schools and general hospital, two critical aspect of welfare and human development, he's already a success.

As for his successor, you can't fail to acknowledge Tinubu. He know these are brilliant men who will deploy the state resources into developing it.
