This is the quickest way of making stew. I just mix everything together and let it boil. Out here, whose got time to be frying this and that. 40 minutes, rice, beans and stew done!

I guess you can eat the meat raw because their beef is well treated, if na your locality you dey, sure tapeworm for you.
