I was in your shoes not long ago. It can be depressing but don’t let it get to you. Try to improve on your self, set new goals, gain newer and more relevant skills and reapply in the job market. Trust me, they’re still jobs been advertised everyday in Nigeria.
Just improve on your relevant skill and you’ll be reabsorbed shortly into the Labour market
Above stick to eating fruits and vegetables, it helped me to improve my mood and cope with the depressive feeling.

You think you are looser by allowing devil to make you so. I lost my job on the 24th of december after paying for a new phone thinking i will recover from December salary and Bonus, it was not funny, i stopped talking to God by praying. At point something tell me to keep faith and i went into the crossover night with happiness. I got another job in January and another job in May with better pay, i also turned down some jobs.

God test our resolve in many ways we dont know.
