Plant coconuts .... type that produce much water. Would pretty much just need pickers ... no fertilizers ... farm hands... and other overhead expenses. The demand for pure coconut water is wayyy greater than the supply in the developed world where the price is what you want it to be.

Sell half and use the other for farming.

Appropriate use of the 50 acres of aerable land start with farming on it for the first 2 years and rearing animals on the 5% of the land in the 3rd year while using the remaining 95% for continued farming of selected crops.

1. Conduct soil Analysis on the land
2. Get information on the weather forecast of your farm location.
3. Get tractor to the ploughing ( if the farm is tractor-able) if not bush and deforestation has to be done first.)
4. Plant your( ANNUAL CROP) for faster income.
