Ngige would orchestrate the withdrawal of ASUU’s certificate, once the Union(ASUU) is deregistered (the issue of not submitting financial statements, contempt of the court could serve as the basis) , this registration of this illegal congress body would then be used as encumbrance to forbid a re-registration of the union (ASUU).

But this is not entirely a problem as there are grades of college education and degrees in other parts of the world.
It appears CONUA affiliated universities intend to lower the grades and standards.
I have said it several times, college education is not for everyone and university degrees are not mandatory for development.

Does that justify ASUU to go on strike for 7months and are they the only workers been under paid.
Take police as an example, they are well under paid and still yet they can’t go on strike not to talk of 7 months strike and rejecting everything government brought to table for them. They insist on what they demanded from the beginning to be done and don’t want to atleast bend small on their demand. Their behavior is like that of an emperor who makes a final say one’s. How can a single union be bigger than his employer’s. How can u tell ur employer how to be paid and also the certain amount u want to earn and any time u want that amount to be increased u go on strike.
Out of the last 15yrs, ASUU has gone on strike for like 10 times .
