What's the difference between meeting her in a mall, hospital or bank etc and engaging her in a conversation.

I know a man who met a lady in a bank without the lady even realising he was staring at her, after they finished their task he said at that point he knew it was his wife.

He quitely followed her, wooed her and collected and number. The rest was history. They are happily married now. And he is even a Nairalander but can't really remember his name now.
