Even if it’s 20 bags, that means a family of 5 consuming 20 bags of pure water in a week, 7 days? That’s about 3 bags daily, which means each of them in the family consumes 12 sachet of pure water daily?

A bag of satchet water is sold for 150 naira in my area. So 20 bags cost 3000. So, it's definitely plausible for that amount. Although it depends on ones area of residence.
