dododawa1: Says someone who knows nothing about living in a foreign land and perhaps hasn't travelled outside the borders of his father's land. The West, is a place where even their citizens struggle vehemently. The only way to succeed in the West, is to come here under a permanent residency route or study here, obtain a Masters or PhD in a desired field preferably in STEM, get a good job and climb the ladder. Any other route, has been exploited by Africans and thus not workable anymore. People, especially Africans are suffering here. 2 Likes |

nurseafrica2: Shouldn't paint women with a wide brush. Men do exactly the same. We need to see each person as an individual ... not what a person does and blame it on his/her gender... tribe or religion. In this case... if true ... why would you even think he may take her home if he cannot give her a phone call? |

Oh lord show her mercy and send down help for her. Until you are in her situation, you won't know what it means to be stranded in a foreign land. |

Gipre:many people are worst than this in Nigeria. Pass through Oshodi market early in the morning and see things by yourself. In my street, there are some families living in an uncompleted building for close to 2 years now. |

All this japarians who think life abroad is perfect and everybody there is enjoying and doing fine. Do you know the same way we have some certain set of Nigerians insulting and being pessimistic about their birth land so it is America, Europe and the rest of the world. We have broke people everywhere that should tell you a place or location is not responsible for your misery. |

These are the young people is other societies crafting their nations into workable entities because they have no other country to run to. Here the people mess up theirs and this is the result. A mentality so bereft of what it takes to build viable things they jump from the proverbial frying pan into the fire. Another opportunity to change the country comes up in a few months and look at how Nigerians especially the youth, the supposed agents of change are completely bereft of any ideas on how to move this country forward. Spending all their energies on worthless, destructive dialogues all over the place on the name of supporting or opposing when they should be planning and crafting the Nigeria they want to prosper in. You will all be served according to your inability to establish good governance through this failed experiment called democracy. Then run mindlessly to foregn countries for more sob stories. Continue wasting your time and your lives. 1 Like 1 Share |

TheNoble007:Na so una go just sit for una house for Nigeria dey claim say people dey ignorant whereas na una dey ignorant. Europe is bleeding, but na almost everyday una people for Nigeria dey Japa enter UK and even to those middle east Asia countries(especially those people from the south west side). Are u leaving in Europe? Up till date In the Italy and Spain the dude make mention of, u can never be jobless if u are a certified skillful trade person there, and those trade people are well paid. Na u go even dey select where and where u like or u nor like to work. But up till today in Nigeria most trade skill people are jobless and most of them can't even afford money to establish their own, and u are comparing Nigeria with those countries. The only people complaining of Europe are the ones that doesn't have a trade skills, those that are illegal migrant, and those who came through schools and their papers done expire. And those Europeans nor dey too reason Africa people matter for Europe if they are not skillful(especially in trade), wether u are educated or not, and that's the reason most Africans end up being jobless or doing less paid jobs there after finishing their school there. Yes we know every countries do pass through it difficult times in this life, but that doesn't make Africa in anyway a quarter close to Europe, talkless of comparing Nigeria with Italy and Spain(na mate reach there?). 1 Like |

planetx:Wether u like it or not, Italy and other European countries na paradise and rescuer to Africa and Asia people from bad environment and poverty. Most people from Nigeria who find their way through the desert some years ago are multimillions today over there in Italy and other parts of Europe, why our so called skillful graduates and trade skills people are roaming the street over here in Nigeria for ordinary food to chop. U can never be a certified skillful trade person or a skillful graduate and be jobless in Italy. Na u go even dey make shakara for job offers base on how their salary package be. I have made up my mind not to ever say bad things about Nigeria again, but that doesn't mean Nigeria is anyway a quarter close to Italy. |
