Again why has a state like Bayelsa with a high allocation and small population not experienced significant development? I've said it before Lagos has the highest real estate market in the country by far, that isn't a fluke. Over 70% of the real estate market share in Nigeria is between Lagos and Abuja with Lagos' share being over 50%. How do we not acknowledge the failures of all the other states but keep obsessing over Lagos which is leading in all ramifications even if underperforming? Other states compared to Lagos have performed abysmally
