The NE and NW are very different

NE was predominantly under the Kanuri empire with the NW under the Fulani Caliphate.

A Kanuri man will not claim Sokoto and a Fulani or Awusa man won't be claiming Maiduguri either.

Why is it only Igbos that are bent on recreating the old colonial administrative region of Eastern Nigeria either by dismissing the SS as a valid geopolitical zone or forcing them into their rogue Biafra?
