Let's say I have received death threats,bad news, devastation ,many reasons to be uncertain ....

How do I forget these things and certain people without engaging in addictions??

I need positive responses.


I know certain people consider me a waste of time.....but that's not all.



I also have certain necessities I have to acquire as soon as possible.


I don't want to get addicted to anything as a result of being overwhelmed.. e.g.smoking, drinking, masturbating,porn, gambling,etc.


I need to forget certain things.

I need to forget certain people.... they're actually bastards.

I wish I never met them..... they're surely like 'that guy is as good as something to be dumped in a pit'

I have to say furk them as well.
