Existing in a vacuum (idleness) or continued association with bad company WILL lead you to one bad addiction or the other, inevitable!

There are 5 core areas of life that must be carefully OCCUPIED or you would end up in vicious addiction circles that has the potential to ruin you.

1. SPIRITUAL LIFE - find and stay amongst people that may not be religious but voluntarily connect for a GOOD cause, connect with them on that level e.g church worker, charity worker, helping the poor etc. PRAY daily to a good GOD.
2. HEALTH - have a daily health routine to include exercise, healthy eating, fasting etc, to keep fit and physically occupied.
3. ENTERPRISE - Get a job or start a business that adds value to society, dont be idle on a daily, dont look for money without earning it through good work.
4. EMOTIONAL - find a good spouse and love her/him. Specially take care of and be LOYAL to your spouse UNCONDITIONALLY, that spouse MUST have reasonably good values and character.
5. SOCIAL - Dont just hangout with anybody, look for a friend (s), even if its ONE, that sticks closer than a brother/sister and has upright values and character.

Dont be deceived not everybody you see is normal, some are knowingly or unknowingly possessed with evil spirits looking for who to destroy either by physical interaction, through television/media (porn), through evil works (hookup/yahoo), etc

The values and principles of a person speaks alot about the kind of spirit they possess (knowingly or unknowingly).

Nobody is perfect, but the person that has knowingly and willfully made doing EVIL a lifestyle without SHAME and regret is a danger to themselves and society.

Also a person that continues to remain IDLE is a ticking time BOMB.

The time to change for GOOD is NOW!
