Edo is better than Osun in terms of income and productivity. Like I said, there's a refinery being built there.
How many cocoa farms are still active in Osun. Osun is predominantly civil service and petty farming state.
What has Lagos invested in Osun? Can you tell me? Because last I checked, it was Lagos boy Aregbe who mortgaged Osun into debts that's still crippling the state till now.
Edo Stare oil is 2% of the nations capacity which is very small. So is IMO and Anambra. They cannot be compared to Delta or Rivers and those states are still backward only because of its people! Now, Osun still majorly exports agricultural produce and Lagos does invest in all SW states. All SW states have an investment body and there is a plan for the future which they follow. We know all our states cannot be concrete jungles. Some will be reserved for agriculture. However, these States still fare better than the states you mentioned.

I am not against yorubas and i can never be, half of my family is yoruba. I'm only trying to protect both yorubas and igbos by saying the truth. we are not enemies or rivals.

I am 100% against bad leadership be it yoruba or igbo.

Well, 2% is better than none at all. And Delta and Rivers are not SW states.
Where's the export profile of Osun? Or you're just pulling statistics from your dark part.
What had Lagos invested in any SW state? You keep making wild claims that you can't substantiate.
Osun is worse than Edo and Imo. That's a fact all statistics prove. You can't just wish things into existence. Know this, know peace..

Those little business expand and become conglomerates in the right business environment. Dangote himself started small.

It is greed, impatience and corruption that makes leaders depise small and medium business.
When they become conglomerates, then they should be discarded for smaller businesses. Is that not your logic?
Dangote did not start small. Stop lying to prove your point. He said his grandfather gave him 500k to start a business. That is worth millions today. The family has been in business for generations.

Who is despising small and medium businesses? Small and medium businesses need govt patronage to survive. They cost the govt and capital system more in the short term than big industries do.

igbo state governments don’t create billionaires. how do you think these kano billionaires became billionaires? looting state treasuries to establish private factories and companies that employ people and pay tax.

igbo state governments don’t create billionaires. go to north and learn the method, especially among kano and maiduguri governments.

Was dangote or Dantata created by Kano or by federal government, most igbo billionaire emerged out of personal Smart work and the grace of God

U are not understanding my point because u are using a greedy mindset which is what the lagos landlord is doing.

If several small business grows it affects the community more.

dangote was given money so u mean he was already big like this after they gave him millions? or he didn't have to grow alot to be where he is?

abeg they reason things correctly.

Niger delta has more billions than what?
Niger Delta is where it is not for the reasons you claim but because of had leadership
Since 1999 they have received billions as derivation and through NDDC
NOTHING to show for it.?
Niger Delta should have refineries,Glass industries, power plants but there is nothing to show instead they produced clowns like Ibori,Uduaghan,Akpabio

They produce ogogoro too. They have best opomiliki industry in Nigeria. All their billions are stashed away in other states across Nigeria and foreign countries. Their youth are all out there, committing one offense or the other.

What's the timeline for several small businesses to grow that you'll now discard bigger conglomerates that can even hasten their growth. There's no sound logic in that argument because those small businesses can be helped by providing services to those big businesses.

Any business with a capital of above 500million in today's Nigeria is not regarded as a small business. 500k in the early sixties will be close to that amount.

You're the one who needs to get a proper understanding instead of spewing wild claims you can't back up

500 million is a average/medium business. Its part of what I said we need more of than the multi billion "industries".

And No they don't Need the big companies to grow. They big companies play monopoly and work against most of the medium scale business.

When have you ever heard of any government in the world supporting small businesses over big conglomerates?

Except in COVID times where have you heard that government saved small businesses?

Governments deal with the big boys and expect the trickle down effect to cascade across the value chain.

For example in real estate , BIG MAN builds a house or estate , Mid sized Man Takes the official title and markets the house or estate Small Man sees the advert, markets it too and if it’s his own customer that buys and pays funds 80% goes to the big 20% to the Mid sized sef man and 10% to the Small man.

Google trickle down economics
