thanks so much for the response, I've been to two different hospitals where my blood sample was collected. The first one was attached in the post,I got access to it because I was the one that collected it from the lab scientist so I snapped it before it's given to the doc. The drugs being prescriped were not active this made me to come to nairaland abd sought for opinions but someone ( pharmacist) from here ruled out the test, saying rashes has nothing to do with yeast infection, and advised me to go to another hospital. In the second hospital,he carried out the test which I was not aware if the kind if test it was, and drugs were prescribed which was very effective. Within a week the rashes disappeared only to resurfaced after 5 months,I consulted the doc again and the same drugs were prescribed,and it's 6 months now,I started noticing the reappearance of the rashes which necessitated my second post here

Go and carry out a HIV test (just do general serology, syphilis and co), could be HIV. It could also be scabies (which permethrin cream will help with). If it's not an STD after tests, go and see a dermatologist. You can also tell us more about the symptoms. Not enough to give differential diagnosis based on the information provided.

For permethrin, there's a specific way to use it.
Rub some cream all over your body in the evening after a cold shower (so your pores are open and scabies come out to feed) on the first day, then wait for exactly 7 days and apply more cream all over your body. OP this is a doc here..

Its scabies..no need to stress urself..it could also be easily misdiagnosed

Just get 5% permetrin cream and apply all over your body..once weekly for 2 weeks...you can use 1% hydrocortisone cream tonhelp with the itching...

It would get worse then better then disappear in 2 to 3 weeks time...

You can also use ivermectin but no need for that..

Another easy way to tell its scabies, its not on your neck and face..and more on your hands, upper thighs and waist..
