The same El- Rufai came to Lagos after the 2019 election and told Lagosians that he will teach them how to deal and liberate themselves from their godfather.

At what point, did El-Rufai become Tinubu loyalist?

The only Fulani Governor that is loyal to Tinubu is Ganduje because both of them are epitomes of corruption. However Ganduje needed a rerun to win his guber election in 2019. Hence he cannot deliver Kano with Kwankwaso on ballot.

The other Fulani Governors will work against Tinubu if they get any directives from Buhari.
