Please which section of the law permits a non contestant to be declare a winner.? I also want to know the section of the electoral Act that permits holding in trust a primary for a non contestant.
The electoral Act only empowers NWC to conduct primaries but never gives powers for its to usurp to declare non contestant as a winner.

He can't become senate president again cos of his geopolitical zone he comes from.
If Atiku wins, they come from the same zone, if Obi wins SP will go the North Central. If Tinubu wins VP is from their. Only Kwankwaso winning can make him to become SP.
