Seems there is a plan to have Atiku win. APC !! Someone who did not participate in primaries. If Tinubu wins can Lawan be Senate president?

You can't buy the apex court.
Saw it at mid-day and was laughing.

I wasn't surprised following the Akpabio/Aliero/Abdullahi judgements. I believe it is a setback because we have returned to the 2010 Electoral Act. BVAS is the only difference even at that....

What this judgement is saying that:

1. INEC need not supervise.

2. The NWC can decide to hold 20 Primaries and that is a logistics problem for INEC.

3. People can still vie for several positions in the same season as long as they know the Party Chairman.

4. Still surprised how Bwacha didn't go through but others went.

Well, Congrats to Lawan & co.

Lawan didn't even contest the Primaries so how can he be the APC
Candidate?

The moment David Omahi, Godswill Akpabio were returned candidates by the Supreme Court, you then know that the 2022 Electoral Acts expect that the nomination should be made by the party. It was proved that the INEC representative at the primary was not the authentic.

chiefolododo:
superior argument? Someone that didn't contest in the election is the winner of the election?

What is the basis upon which the judgement was made?
Someone did not contest elections but he won?
Where does that happen?

He commenced the case wrongly

Well done dispenser of political office.

What makes you think he will become the SP. APC isn't winning the presidential elections. I want to believe himself and Abdullahi Adamu worked this out because Tinubu's camp didn't see this coming. For him to win is another hurdle because the moment he choose to contest the APC presidential primaries he became the most hated politicians in Yobe state.

For him to have won, he must have gotten the blessings of Tinubu.you can see him in almost all tinubu campaigns.

This is injustice, and injustice to one is injustice to all.
I think it is high time we start protesting against some of the decisions of these political judges.

Judgement being bought. Black market Judgement

A candidate that didn't contest was declared winner by *The Supreme* court

The Osun Tribunal kangaroo judgement is still fresh in our memories

One governorship candidate who came 4th in the governorship election was declared winner

The judiciary should be the last hope of the common man but Judgement is now bought , delivered to the highest bidder.

Court is turning to CULT

PDP rigged the election in over 700 polling units in their stronghold just because they could do it unchallenged. Voting/rigging till 9pm. Recorded more votes than what BVAS accredited grin grin grin
That shame supreme court delivered kangaroos judgements in both Bayelsa and Zamfara states against APC and you loved it. Hypocrite

Na you start the buy buy theory. if you think the apex court can be bought for something as small as being a senatorial candidate of a political party, why can't it be bought for something as important as being the president.
