Are you all dumb. If they don't want to print the notes. Use transfer. They are trying to enforce the cashless policy. Anything above 100 should be transfer. Like abroad.

You are taking because people are talking.

What do you know about Economy and the Nigerian Demographic distribution in relation to ICT?

I hate seeing post from people like you.

Have you heard well of what the CBN is saying? That they can't get paper to print. Why don't you querry the governor for needing paper to print money in the first place if physical cash is not needed in the current Nigerian economy?
Annoying...

You don't seem to know that there 're still illiterates in the country and that they need physical money.

Again, how buoyant is the network that they 're starving people this way cos of their ulterior motive?

Do you really know the economic implication of Nigerians doing almost everything online this devasted economic time?

COMPAQ:

Why is it harder to hand out a $10 note, compared to N5000, which is multiple notes?
Dollar is actually easier, just that in the hinterlands people might reject it due to difficulty in changing it as people will want to spend immediately

aboki won't change $10 at the black market rate, some won't even change it at all for you

Is it cashless policy that will make nigeria be like abroad?

Is abroad like Nigeria?

When bank apps are misbehaving?
Or when you have to wait sometimes more than an hour for the person to get alert?
The banking system in Nigeria is simply not ready for this cashless policy

Fool, I have over 50k hanging in the name of transfer for purchase of petty items and was forced to pay twice either with another bank transfer or with new notes I bought for 1k for 10k notes.

And FYI, even when I get a reversal , the thieving banks never refund the cost incurred in using their useless app.

Is that not flat out robbery ?
Use FinTech apps for your transfer

You are the one who is actually myopic. Dollars is only used for primaries. When it comes to a general election, you need naira.

How many dollars do you want to share to millions of Nigerians? Where do you want to see such quantity of dollars to share? Do you even know what you are saying? Politicians can share dollars, so why have some of them being restless since this new naira design policy came out (especially Tinubu)?

It is alleged that Tinubu already has billions of Nigeria to share in this election. Where will he see billions of dollars? Wey he nor be CBN.

Baba, nor dey play.

Then let's use the old notes till you get papers..I don't understand the incompetence in our country..This one doesn't even need a degree but common sense..How won't you have option in abundance before you take away a source? No logistics, you don't have enough paper yet you start a project and ur gross incompetence is making a whole nation suffer..

Calm down. Mobile apps seem to be overwhelmed this period. I did a transfer since Saturday, it took 3 days for the recipient to receive the cash. My colleagues that are using Zenith Bank were unable to access their funds this week cos the app was down. All these policies require proper planning. Cashless economy is working in sainer clime because their network are very reliable plus you barely see the apps having down time. Our government needs to always put structures in place to make their policies workable before implementation.

You are the one who is likely dumb sha. Do you know that Many Nigerians (especially in the villages) do not have a bank account? How are they going to do transfer or receive alert if they want to buy or sell when they don't have a bank account. You dey city get bank account, you think say na so e be for everybody.

This policy is a good one but you need to give people time to adapt. I fully support what the CBN is doing. It will prevent thieves like Tinubu from buying this election with their money. But you must also admit that people are suffering too because of this policy.

It is becoming all too obvious this policy wasn't thoroughly thought through before implementation. The only reason why the government is reluctant to shelve it altogether is the embarrassment it would suffer doing so.

The policy in itself is good, the execution is terrible.

The man is something else. You're settling deadline, but don't have enough new notes to circulate. He better allow us keep using the old notes, and also using the new notes till he gets his sh*t together.

If that is what they want to do, let them give a clear direction. Nigerians want it given straight to them. And we would follow, but beating about the bush, plus, grassroots, majority are still illiterates, food sellers won't sell to you except you pay cash. That's situations of things on ground, except you eat out, even petrol station don't accept transfers as much. You will have to visit about 5 filling station and you might be lucky that one of them accepts transfers.
