Pray, how do you enforce cashless without stable infrastructures such as network? I had to bail out my cousin whose child needed medical intervention. Guy, effected a transfer of #72000, he was debited but the hospital was not credited and they refused to attend to his daughter. There are way too many people in remote parts of the country without access to phones, internet and electricity, how do you want these people to integrate into the cashless system, do you expect them to go back to cowries? The issue is that there are billions of old monies stashed in politicians houses.. that's the target of the this naira redesign policy. It may not totally curb vote buying, but believe me, it'll reduce it.
