Mr man, if you don't have new notes to give the people that deposited their old notes because of the deadline, then order the banks to give them back their old notes (dispense the old notes).

Pray, how do you enforce cashless without stable infrastructures such as network? I had to bail out my cousin whose child needed medical intervention. Guy, effected a transfer of #72000, he was debited but the hospital was not credited and they refused to attend to his daughter. Abroad where you made reference to, I have never swiped my card for transactions and get an issuer inoperative or issuer unavailable stupid message.

Fool, I have over 50k hanging in the name of transfer for purchase of petty items and was forced to pay twice either with another bank transfer or with new notes I bought for 1k for 10k notes.

And FYI, even when I get a reversal , the thieving banks never refund the cost incurred in using their useless app.

Is that not flat out robbery ?

It's like you just learnt how to use the word FOOL. It doesn't make you sound right.

You insult everyone of us here, even with your fish brain.
The level of education between the abroad you mentioned and here is high as heaven. There are way too many people in remote parts of the country without access to phones, internet and electricity, how do you want these people to integrate into the cashless system, do you expect them to go back to cowries? As good as the policy may look, it is I'll timed and also politically motivated. Even though Buhari is dull, Emefiele should have known better. Asking if we're all dull only shows your lack of knowledge of basic Economics.

The issue is that there are billions of old monies stashed in politicians houses.. that's the target of the this naira redesign policy. It may not totally curb vote buying, but believe me, it'll reduce it.

Now you talk like a child. You think it's so easy for politicians to change their accumulated billions into dollars? If that happens, you would see a massive and sudden fall in the value of the Naira.

Not everybody you say that looks like human is truly human..... They're goats in human form.

Even a madman would have an alternative place to lay his head before burning down his old house.

Nigeria is the only country in the world where they would impose law that no trader should sell along the road without providing them market.
