In one way or the other, this criminal bank (Zenith) has to be taught a lesson one day.

Otherwise, how can one explain that a bank that will stress you when you want to withdraw your money will turn around and allow a nobody transfer money from your account willingly!

They did this same thing to me some couple of years ago where a huge some of my money was transferred to a first bank account. I contacted them and they were talking the normal hogwash. I quickly rushed out of the bank and went straight to a police station to lodge a complaint. I was accompanied by two police officers to zenith bank. They came with a court report to be furnished with the transaction that took place.

I was able to see where my money was transferred to, by whom, the addresses, name and phone number of the owner of the account.

To cut a long story short, I went to work with those info and apprehended one of the suspect after about 2 months. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.

I regretted though not suing that good for nothing bank!

Have gotten a police report, I just want to come here to hear there own side of the story.

I know there's something that can be done because it clearly showing his name and number on palmpay

As Cybercrime is increasing, your smartness needs to increase as well...

Am not saying I have one account number and am not saying am smart or over smart. Nobody is above mistake.

But I want to investigate this to the end, even if I end up losing the money, but I'll knw I tried my best.

I chatted him and he told me to log the complain through the link. That's was it.

Thank God it was palmpay the idiot use, once the owner of that particular phone number is apprehended, the case should be resolved.

Just that this nigeria system is too corrupt, because those police will continue demanding money from you and you may end up spending more than was stolen from you, pathetic ...but that what is it.
That's one of the reasons why those dumb folks get away with cheap scams like this.
I will advice you not to spend too much on what is lost already, Cos you may end up at losing more.

Eyah, all these low level scammers.
They will ask for your pin, details, Security, card number. They'll now send you a code to your phone number and ask you to send them the code back. Once you do that, your money is gone.

There was a time almost everyday they were sending me a message on WhatsApp and me, I was catching cruise with them. If they ask for code, I'll give them 4199.

Always ensure not to give out your sensitive details like your ATM card pin or details or else you'll be ripped!!

The saying that you can't be too careful, is sometimes true, because I always try protect myself from all this fraudster. Don't know how I fell for this.

exactly my bro, the bulk of my millions is in UBA while i regularly credit my palmpay and access with 20k to spend from time to time, even if i want to make larger purchases i will first pay the money into my Empty access bank account then from there i will now pay the person.
