If labour party wins the majority, then you have given excuse to Soludo not to perform in the state. He will start complain and thereby looting the state resources. So try to be wise.

If Soludo steals the State's resources after the new State House of Assembly, he will be impeached, removed from office, stripped off his immunity, arrested, prosecuted and sent to prison.
His Professorship and honour will be cancelled
Let him try it first.
