My teeth started changing colour gradually.
I cant really tell what caused it. Pls what can i use to brush my teeth to make it white once again?
I use oral b toothpaste but its not working.
I am planning to buy baking powder a friend suggested.
Pls what do i do?

exactly the same with me here. Brushing is just like a default setting. Brushing morning and night without even realizing that we brushing.

bro just use salt and warm water and u bve fine...Salt is very powerful for teeth maintanance

You simply put loads or salt and mix it wit warm water..hold it in yor mouth for about 15 seconds the spit it away. Allow the teeth to feel the warm salt water for about 15 seconds. Do this every 2 hours but most importantly, do it at night before you go to bed. Make sure when u do it at night, you dont eat or chew any food after. U will see a difference within 5 days trust ,me. Ask any dentist, they will confirm salt water is good for the teeth... My advise, visit hospital or a dentist
