This issue 25% of 2/3 of the states and Abuja is similar to the question: There are 36 birds perching at the same time on a tree. I shot and killed 12. How many will remain? Very tricky.
Common sense and philosophy will answer 0. Because the remaining birds will fly away.
But mathematically and factually, the correct answer is 36 - 12 = 24 birds.
You don't bring common sense into something that needs no interpretation.
25% = 2/3 [ 36 states+ Abuja]
= 2/3 ( 36 states) + 2/3 (Abuja )
= 24 + 2/3Abuja. QED.

I watch this man's interviews and I release that he doesn't call out evil, he is always using the medium to solicit for patronage.
He is one of those elements that set the bar of selling the truth of law to the highest bidders or being economical with the truth, being mischievous with facts that influences public opinion for selfish gains.

It is bad to see people who should be elder statesmen, who should speak truth to powers that be or try to correct the ills of the society at their old age still being mischievous and untruthful.

Anyways, those are his opinions....he has rights to it....let the courts decide in truth.
How typical of you to attack the man's supposed motivations rather than the substance of what he said. Are you a mind-reader, able to tell what people are really thinking even from a distance? If so, why aren't you getting rich playing poker or buying and selling stocks, instead of commenting on Nairaland? In any case, even if every accusation you made against this SAN were true, how would that affect in any way the correctness of the points he made?

I suspect you know at some level that you have no meaningful counter-argument to make against any of the points the SAN raised, which is why you're so quick to resort to ad hominem attacks on his character. Too bad for you - and for everyone else who acts like you - that the only things the Supreme Court will care about are facts and logic, the very things you "Obidients" never bring to the table. Supreme Court judges cannot be swayed by simply shouting "Thief.nubu" and "drug baron" up and down.

Dear Robert Clark, I thank God you know that the word difficult does not mean impossible.

Anyways, the only thing that would make it difficult, because in the true sense of it, it isn't actually difficult, is the court, which progressive Nigerians know can never be trusted.
In that light, we need the names of the Jurors, so we'd know the people that decided the fate of Nigerians, and as well, we want the proceedings to be televised so as to follow up the matter bumper to bumper to see how they want to do their mago-mago

An election that not a single leading candidate that contested have congratulated the selected winner is what you are saying would be difficult. I laugh at our judiciary.

Anyway he said it's his opinion, so he is entitled to it. But for Obi to go to court, he has enough evidence to upturn the decision of INEC. Underestimate Obi at your own peril.

If INEC had not manipulated results and used the BVAS as planned, we won't be here. BVAS was the game changer but the bunch of evil, corrupt and shameless politicians in the form of APC will not let Nigeria to get better.

Keep deceiving yourself. Nobody is talking about the PDP lawsuit because the PDP and its supporters have far more class and self-restraint than you lot. They clearly understand that the worst thing you can do when filing a lawsuit is to talk all sorts of nonsense about it even before going to trial, as you only provide the opponent with fresh material to undermine your case.

Peter Obi never had any chance of winning the core north or most of the SW once he embraced the IPOB elements in his campaign and started visiting every church in the country to fight his "religious war", as most Yorubas and northerners aren't stupid enough to support anyone who treats them as a threat and an enemy. Even if by some miracle Obi manages to prevail in his desperate lawsuit, the only effect would be to throw the Presidency to Atiku Abubakar, who would have won by a landslide if Obi's impatience and selfishness hadn't led him to leave the PDP.

Even if the judges are "wonderfully corrupt" if the evidences are overwhelming, proved beyond reasonable doubt, even the most corrupt of all judges will do the needful.LP seems to forget, the opponents too are masters of the game and they had years to perfect and clean up their act with the support of the electorial empire.

Just as it is impossible for a student to get 8 As and fail English in Waec, same way it is impossible for someone to get highest number of vote plus 25% in 24 states and fail to get 25% in FCT.

The fact that Tinubu failed to get 25% of votes in the FCT is enough proof that he did not get the highest number of votes in the last presidential election.

The FCT is a unique state that encompass almost equal number of people from different regions of Nigeria.

Going back as far as 1993 presidential election, no winner and runner up has ever failed to get 40% of votes in the FCT.

Thrash and balderdash, so people in FCT get two heads or are more Important, your wailing just start

Robert Clark, SAN, son of a Fulani woman for a British man in Jos.
Old and sick Tinubu is being used by the Fulani cabal in the Presidency to renew the cabal's tenure in Aso rock.
Robert Clark the Fulani irredentist is judging election petition already before the court. He focused on Peter Obi's petition and dismissed the petitioner.
Fulani rule by Oligarchy flows in Robert Clark's veins.

Lol. Let Tiffanynubu respond first na. E easy to respond Naim he dey run France and UK back and forth? Leave the drug matter first, that one will be unraveled as the case proceeds. Let's talk about the FCT

Clark spent time analyzing the 25% requirement in FCT as if he's trying to convince us. You can't analyze or defend properly without a previous case study. No president failed to get 25% in the FCT since the 1999 constitution. Tiffanynubu is the first. The law is not really about common sense. The law is the law. Simple.

Their is always the first everything as Tinubu himself is the first person to make someone's president and also become president.

Obi cannot prove it because not only was he roundly beaten, but he lacks what it takes to get Northern votes that instead went to Tinubu.

Without the SW, Northern votes were critical to Obi but he was busy defending ipob.

Thank you daddy.
But Obi won some northern states so what are you imbeciles saying?

THE QUESTION STILL REMAIN TO PROVIDE THE NAMES OF THE COUNTRY AND PLACES WHERE Tinubu WAS CONVICTED FOR DRUG OFFENSES TO SUPPORT THE FRIVOLITY OF YOUR EMPTY BRAIN.

Pandora in trouble!!!

I believe obi will be mandated by the tribunal upto the supreme Court to pay the defendants (APC and INEC) handsomely for time wasting.

Very daft than I thought he was, he was shouting about rigging yet didn't dwell much on that instead wants the entire election to be cancelled.

That conman needs to be barred from further contesting an election in Nigeria.

Irredeemable failure number one.

You are very stupid for typing this nonsense. You this useless boy for talking to Nigerian President Elect like that. . better tell your inec president elect to return the stolen mandate

In short, those saying everybody knows it and no matter what, Obi won actually believe themselves.

It is a mental dissonance that makes them use any means to attain power including the use of force.

They resort to force, ready to die or rule. The Trump effect is not new in the world, not even in America.

Fortunately, not all Ndi-Igbo think that way but in a world where minority can force their way against silent majority, prepare for more of this madness.
