Is it only women that see you that way?
If yes, then it may all be in your mind.
The human mind play lots of tricks on people using their internal preoccupations.
If on the other hand men also treat you that way, then it may be your natural mien.
One guy I used to know when we were teenagers, use to have older people as friends.
By 20, he was a friend to a rich chief in my town. They were like mates.
Some people have old souls.
