I don't doubt you because it's just the truth you stated.

Don't also forget that the UK government only accept 'ready-made' Doctors.

Well, the Nigeria situation is parthetic and I don't know what else the Doctors need to do to change this when industrial actions have failed to draw the attention of those who are supposed to see that the schools are well equipped.

This is a very big problem and the leaders are not ready to sort this out.

It's a shame though.

I hate to inform you, but it has nothing to do with APC, and everything to do with the fact that the UK feels uncomfortable about poaching Nigerian and other developing countries doctors.

Also, why should you be happy if our doctors are going abroad? It puts strain on those left behind.

PLus, even if they voted Peter Obi, (and speaking as a medico, most of my colleagues voted for Obi)...would it stop doctors leaving for foregin shores.Were they not leaving before Buhari came along self?
the point which you made is right, bt the way our country is, it's way discouraging. Bad government! undecided let me ask you a question. If you were given an oppurtunity to choose to work outside nigeria or to work in nigeria and you'd be given the job quickly, which would you choose?

The Doctors are very ready, but the government is not. Most Doctors who graduate and plan to practice, do so knowing that they're going to live a life of service...but no one can serve on an empty stomach

India graduates almost 50,000 new doctors every year.

Nigeria doesn't produce up to one-third of that number.

Can there be any meaningful development without the seriousness of the Government? For any business to grow the owner will have to show some level of seriousness, asking them to stay and development this country is a waste of time, for me they should find a way to japa after all they would start small anywhere they go instead of wasting their time in Nigeria.

According to the comments here, to be a supporter of APC you must be a lowlife, wicked, wretched and also an head slammers.
They won't hold their leaders and government responsible but always looking for who to hate.
They did it to Emefiele for cashless policy instead calling out buhari, they did it to Igbo's instead of campaigning with their candidate or party achievement, now they want to drag back health workers instead of holding their government accountable.

I am registered to work in the UK already with a job in view and leaving soon.

You can't be trained in Nigeria almost free of charge (because u paid chicken fee as tuition fee compared to Europe) without paying back to the Country, but using that knowledge to benefit European countries.

A few examples
Soldiers went to Uniben to cause chaos during the cash crunch. There was no official response from government
Soldiers went to a police station and killed two policemen. No reaction from the National assembly
A member of the House of representatives was slapped by soldiers and they passed a resolution in anger.
Buhari and his family do not trust the health care system
Tinubu does not
ASUU was on strike for nearly a year. Buhari 's daughter in law was graduating in London
