Every Ministry present their budget to the FEC and they work with the Legislative branch to approve it
You heard Amaechi said his budget for CCTV was voted down
Even the decision to revise how much States and LGAs get were all done at the FEC levels.
States got bailed out...how? Fed borrowed money and States said they cant meet salary obligations due to Covid-19...Feds bailed them out
Even Fed projects done were approved at the FEC and no one is gagged from talking.

Stop fooling yourself thinking Buhari was a dictator...this was a JOINT Govt and joint decision. That States didn't execute...hold your Govs responsible. Buhari cant solve States issues and LGAs responsibility. Biden does not solve DC or MD problems here.

Learn and study GOVERNANCE...even those found engaged in corruption were investigated by EFCC and sent to Judiciary like normal societies do.
