Why is he doing it at the tail end of his administration. Very selfish politicians. What you can't and didn't do you are asking others to do. Ngige is setting a trap for the incoming government. If it was easy why didn't they start it immediately Buhari won 2nd Term. Northern leaders are the laziest set of leaders.
if u don't know, ask those who kno.dont just open ur mouth ignorantly.the minimum wage was reviewed and all arrears paid by this govt. The hazard allowance for some health workers was also reviewed upwards by this govt.bit yes, haters like u will still wail.

This is because conpss has the lowest pay when you put the structures side by side.
Eg. A level 7 step 2 in conpass salary is lower than that of his colleagues in other salary structure with the same level and step.

Shey you no see where dem put Level 1-17?

40% pay rise that will be equal to 200% rise in goods and services, las las the increment would not be felt.

So I earn 100,000, 40% increase is 140,000.

40% increase of bag of rice 35,000 to 49,000
Soup say 10,000 for a month now 14,000
Protein 20,000 a month now 28,000
Fuel 200L say 50L a month now 500 by 50L 25,000

By the time we add others, inflation would make the increment a GREEK GIFT angry
That's what they don't know. That 40% will become-50% in time to come.

Health workers allowance reviewed indeed so much so that almost all doctors and nurses have left Nigeria to go and work abroad during Buharis govt. So much so that they want to enact a law to compel young doctors from leaving Nigeria for 5 years. Lecturers are also involved in the brain drain. The rate at which professionals are leaving Nigeria for greener pastures under Buharis regime is unprecedented

Nice

What are you talking about and what is nice here!
Is it not that Majority of Nigerians don't work under Federal or State Pay or that this matter has not even been explained to the Masses on the Modus operandi - not even to the Market Women, the farmers, the Trade Unions, the Tertiary institutions, the Regional briefing, etc!
What is the effects of the subsidy removal to the Majority of Nigerians and Ordinary Nigerians?
Would the same percentage of the subsidy removed be enough to cushing the effects for every strata of Workers ?

all u said are beside the point. The question is,was there a review of the hazard allowance for some health workers or not?that's the premise here.u can educate urself some more on this.

Your mental process reeks of alcohol. You're just talking rubbish like a gateman who spent his holidays drinking to stupor in one bushbar.

Has the FG ever adjusted salary for a particular pay structure?

Minimum wage, Health Hazard, Consolidated salaries etc; all made to cut across, but na this one you dey take deceive yourself sey na only CONPSS go collect...

Wake up and smell the coffee mumu, it's impossible to just adjust a single salary structure like that.

Stop reasoning like a gateman that hopes FG would pay him like his boss one day...

there is a document online to back what he is saying , I understand the whole policy is faulty but then every thing is possible in nigeria, the government want to cushion the effect of subsidy removal but they are increasing the salary of only of of the salary structures out of 8 salary structures.Even if they are to increase the salaries of all other salary structures in the federal government mdas they should also cause the state governments do the same

It's called Consolidated Allowance for Conpss salary structure. It's an allowance, not an addition to basic salary structure. What I told you is something many have confirmed. Only those on Conpss are getting that allowance.

When that Alcohol is clear in your eyes, You will understand you are just being deluded

Even when ngige was interviewed on channels TV he made it clear that it was only meant for ministries under CONPSS and it is clear that majority of the ministries in Nigeria are under CONPSS and their salary is the poorest imagine a Level 4 officer take home is 28,300.
So bad!
Intact it wasn't the salary that was increased , it was the allowance.

Once subsidy is remove in June you all will understand that this 40% increament is a fraud. If fuel price goes up everything including your rent goes up to the moon.

We lack price regulary bodies. Lets brace up because this one go affect everybody.
