Msg and artificial flavor causes cancer yet manufacturer used it because it's cheaper.

Also artificial sweeteners flavor and preservatives that contains sodium nitrite sucralose marketed as Splenda high fructose corn syrup caramel all cause cancer.

Trust the food companies at your own perils.

Wahala for who no Sabi cook

So what should I do to the carton of indomie I just bought recently?

Waste of funds buying processed chemicals!

Did you need to be told that such chemical foods harm your Liver and Kidneys?!! Haba!

Indomie again?.. I've read somewhere that the process of drying and making the noodles gum together makes it unfit for human consumption. Yet this is the food some Nigerian parents feed their kids morning, afternoon and night.
It is well.

Lazy people everywhere, eating indomie everywhere.
I am the happiest person on Earth currently. I don't eat junk food or foods with all manners of condiments and nonsenses.
Keep eating them and gradually meet your brief illness.

The Nigerian diet is one of the worst ever.

Yam,Rice Beans,Garri,Cassava -All very carbohydrate and starch heavy that slows your metabolism and causes diabetes.

Indomie, canned tomatoes and processed seed oils like vegetable oil, groundnut oil are very bad for your heart and your arteries.

Thats the reason life expectancy is so low and millions die of unknown causes when in fact the root cause is heart attack, stroke and diabetes from a very poor diet and even worse medical system.

Export it back to Nigeria. Here nobody cares, no functional instructions of regulations. NAFDAC is populated with nepotism and incompetent people.
No regulatory body functions here....Everybody dey do any how.

I quit most artificial foods like noodles over 6 years ago, and my body has felt so much peace since!

Indomie generation, if una like don't take caution!

I wonder what made Africans so lazy culinary-wise...!

Young people, if you love your lives, run far away from comfort and processed foods! Especially imported canned and quick meals!

I'm still shocked at the way people still regularly consume corned beef, canned sardines and sweet corn, imported cheese, etc!
You are in your house and conducted the survey that Africans don't cook

But you still drink sachet and bottled water at the end.
Mission failed successfully 🤣🤣
Drink natural water from your borehole. Boil & filter the water. Drink home squeezed orange, pineapple juices from the fruits picked bought inside the villages😁

If these processed food companies and industries close down, many Nigerians will lose their jobs. Do you know how many Nigerians are working for DUFIL ( Indomie Noodles ) company in Nigeria? more than 30,000 workers shocked shocked shocked. So make una coolu temper. We just need to balance our diet and supplement processed food with natural meals that we prepare by ourselves. Eat more grains like Maize, Sorghum and Millets. Cheers. When did you eat Pineapple,Guava or Rabbit meat last? Eat Tuwo Shinkafa. Cheers.

What of pasta, penne, spaghetti, macaroni?

All of them are! As long as they are using preservatives in them.

Indomie isn’t good for the health at all. I don’t eat it for anything. The side effect of noodles is second to none. It is very cancerous. I hope Nigerians will read this article and stop eating it.

Not even possible in where I live. Not that it's not possible. It's not worth the stress.
We have hard water here, so you have no choice but to use sachet water and bottled water
