U mustn't believe anybody without investigation. We don't do such in Abuja to avoid stories... when u want to buy land in a genuine way, u visit FCDA and visit all the departments and dey will go verify about the land on ur behalf.
The major issue of land in Abuja is land from "Area Council", FCDA is the best to verify and multiple owners can't claim it cos they require personal password n other security infos
