You can be more open about the side chic thing in Nigeria but in places like Europe or US you can only let the woman know subtlely after all the woman also have guys around.

You can only do away with side chics when you and your girlfriend promise to be committed to each other in the relationships in places like Europe or US, just going out on dates or seeing each other doesn't mean you are committed to each other in other climes, it is only in Nigeria that we demand commitment once a girl accepted to be dating us and going out with us, in other climes they go out on more dates before they even consider each other as girlfriend and boyfriend and they can only demand commitment from each other after dating for a while longer.


In the US when a girl accepted to go out on a date with you, it doesn't mean she have accepted to be your girlfriend, both of you will first go out on some dates to check your chemistry and compatibility and it is after that, they will decide to take the relationship to the next level and be girlfriend and boyfriend if it get to that stage.

In Nigeria most times once a girl accepted to go out with us, we are already seeing each other as boyfriend and girlfriend.

Nigerian dating culture and pattern is different from Europe and US that's why most Nigerians struggle with datings abroad.

You guys are missing a lot from the way ladies of this kind reason about how they consider their relationship. Some ladies believe if u engages in any of the social vices u're a cool guy around them for a no of reasons;

1. If u smoke whichever type of smoke is irrelevant to dem. The belif is u can be imagined as a wild animal on bed.

2. If u drink u're equally nice a guy to them as similar shit applies.

3. Guys who don't smoke or drink have a lot of problems to deal with. The general believe is, they're too nagging and are too serious in fact too detail about everything.

So they naturally feels u won't be cool to hang around with and that u will be a womanizer cos they believe the third social vice will be ur take which most ladies dislike lately.

They maybe wrong though but they're some sense in it really it just sound funny.

Those girls are foolish beings. When you hobnob with foolish girls, that is the end result. The ladies I know detest smokers nd drunkards. They will cease to associate with you once they know you do any of them. But one I believe will stick around if you get money via illegitimate means. That girl too like money regardless of how it is sourced. Yet she claims Jesus girl.

As for the bold, that is even more foolish! Everyone has problems, one way or the other, and not everyone is smoking or drinking to solve those problems. Seems the foolishness in you was sexually transmitted.

True... I met a girl like that last year. She asked me what do I smoke and I asked "smoke?" with smiling face. She said yes, and I told her I don't smoke anything and there is no any reason that will make me to smoke. She laughed at me and then asked the type of beer, gin, wine etc I drink and I told her I don't smoke nor do I drink. She smiled and said "guy, I like you but you will be boring and I'm not planning to spend any moment of life with a boring man. Na where everything end be that.

You should thank your God. She is a honest person, and not what befits you. There are women who don't like smokers or men who drink too much. Equally, there are men who detest females who smoke a lot. The problem will come when you force yourself to date her.
